Welcome to RUNREAL, a product provided by Grove Street Labs Inc. ("Grove Street Labs," "we," "us," or "our"), a U.S.-based company incorporated in Delaware. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of RUNREAL and its associated services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using the Services after being accepted as a client, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.

1. Eligibility and Access

RUNREAL is designed for professional video game developers seeking advanced technical tools. Access is currently invite-only. Interested users may join a waitlist at https://runreal.dev, after which they may be contacted for vetting. Grove Street Labs reserves the right to approve or decline applicants at its sole discretion.

2. Fulfillment Policy

Once a client has been approved and payment is completed via Stripe, access to RUNREAL is provisioned within 24 hours. This includes:

  • Delivery of login credentials and onboarding materials via email
  • Ongoing access to the RUNREAL platform for the duration of the subscription period
  • All services are provided digitally via a secure, cloud-based platform. No physical goods are shipped

3. Subscription and Billing

RUNREAL is offered through a monthly subscription model, billed via Stripe. Invoices are issued only after a client has been vetted and accepted.

  • The subscription term begins on the date of successful payment and renews monthly unless otherwise agreed
  • Clients may cancel their subscription by providing written notice before the next billing date
  • Non-payment or failed payments may result in suspended or terminated access
  • Grove Street Labs reserves the right to change pricing or billing terms with at least 30 days' prior notice to active clients

4. Refunds and Cancellations

Given the nature of the Services, we do not offer refunds for partial use, unused time, or mid-cycle cancellations.

If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us at support@runreal.dev. Exceptions to our refund policy may be granted at our sole discretion in cases of documented billing errors or service failures.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use RUNREAL only for lawful, authorized purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Specifically, you may not:

  • Use the Services to violate any applicable laws or third-party rights
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell any part of the RUNREAL platform
  • Interfere with or disrupt the functionality of the Services or its infrastructure

Grove Street Labs reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be in violation of these terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, code, features, and tools within RUNREAL are the intellectual property of Grove Street Labs Inc. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Services for the duration of your subscription.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any portion of the Services without prior written consent.

7. Service Modifications

We may update or modify RUNREAL periodically, including adding, removing, or changing features. Where material changes affect usage or billing, we will provide reasonable advance notice via email.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Grove Street Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Services.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware for any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Services.
